AI Strategy & Frontier Transformation · Microsoft
Austin, Texas
I work at the intersection of AI strategy, enterprise transformation, and the practical mechanics of getting frontier technology into the hands of the people who run real systems. This site is where I publish the thinking — essays, frameworks, and the occasional field note.
About
My day job is helping enterprises move from AI-curious to AI-native — translating frontier capability into operating models, governance, and the un-glamorous plumbing that actually ships. I spend my time with technology leaders, executive sponsors, and the architects carrying the real weight.
Outside of that, I write. The essays here are an attempt to think clearly about what's coming — the convergence of capital, intelligence, and attention — without the usual hype-cycle compression.

Writing
The Consequence Machine
Why world models are the next frontier of AI. From the language trap that limits today’s LLMs to the architecture of consequence being built by LeCun, Fei-Fei Li, and DeepMind — and what it means to train intelligence on the world itself, not just our words about it.
Only Robots
A long-form essay on the market growing underneath modern intimacy. From the dragon on the bestseller list to the AI companion road map — six parts, the architecture of attention, and a reckoning with the machine being built to satisfy a 300,000-year-old desire.
Only Robots — Master Statistics Appendix
Sixteen sections. Six charts. Every figure in the essay, cross-validated against at least two independent primary sources — with the math behind the argument.
The Inflection Point
A five-part essay on the convergence of AI, capital, and human agency — from the Convergence Framework through to Homo Deus. Why this moment is structurally different, and what it asks of the institutions that have to metabolize it.
The Inflection Point — Executive Summary
The five-part essay compressed into a decision-grade brief: the framework, the inevitability argument, and what to do on Monday morning.
Apps
The things I build live at apps.saadsid.ai — every app deploys there. MarketVerse is the first: a holistic view of the market and a platform for the projects built on top of it.
AI Value Chain
A holistic view of the AI economy across six connected layers — power, semiconductors, models, data centers, cloud and apps. Momentum, value-migration, dependency and capex signals on live market data. Drill from the whole chain down to any layer or company.
Personalized Trading
Watchlists, a risk profile, and signals shaped around how you actually trade — building on the same market foundation.
